We used VJ exterminators for a mice problem in my apartment and they set glue/poison traps. They told me if there are signs of mice to give them a call for a follow up and there will be a free visit. We had new signs of droppings, called VJ, and were told they will call us back between 10 am and noon tomorrow for a visit. They never called, so I called them back, and VJ said they will come the next day. They never came and continously act like they will arrive. We are on the board of our building and used this experience to see if we can recommend VJ for the entire building, but we will not.

Called them in June to help with roaches, and they arrived that same day and did a very through job inspecting my apartment, closing gaps under the sink and radiator, and laying down traps and poison bait. Haven’t seen a single bug in the 4 months since. Thank you!

I called about mice droppings and they were very responsive. Came by within an hour and found the source, sealed access points, left traps, inspected the entire unit for other pests. I hope to not need VJ again but I’m grateful for their responsiveness and professionalism.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Exceptional service from start to finish! I had an excellent experience with VJ Mice-Roaches-Rats-Bedbugs and Ants. They were professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done. They didn’t try to oversell me or charge an outrageous amount—the pricing was extremely fair for the level of service provided.

What impressed me most was how thorough they were. They treated the problem seriously, paid attention to the details, and made me feel confident that it was being handled properly. It’s difficult to find a company that combines great customer service, expertise, reliability, and reasonable pricing, but these guys delivered on all of it.

I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone in NYC dealing with a pest or rodent problem. Five stars without hesitation!
